How to access my books?

In this step-by-step guide, we will show you how to access all your products and demonstrate how to download them.

Accessing my ebook

Firstly, it’s important to know that when you make your first purchase through our platform (Hotmart), an account is automatically created for you. There are two ways to access your ebook:

Via email

At the moment your purchase is approved, you will receive an email containing access information to your content. This email will have the subject ‘Approved purchase: everything ready to access your product!’ When you find the email in your inbox, set your password, and with it, you can access the content.

The files will be available for download on the Hotmart platform.

Very important: If, after downloading, you need to set a password, use your own email, the one you registered with the purchase.

If you have already purchased other products on our platform, the password is the same as the one you used to access the other products that Hotmart has already delivered to you.

On the Hotmart platform

If you can’t find the email in your inbox, don’t worry! Just follow these steps:

Open the link: https://purchase.hotmart.com.

In the ‘User or email’ field, enter your email.

In the ‘Password’ field, enter your Hotmart password. If you don’t have a password, just click ‘Forgot my password.’

Then, click ‘Enter.’

If you prefer, you can use the link https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login to access your Hotmart account. Then, in the left sidebar menu, click on ‘My Purchases.’
